‘प्रणाम कविवर’ मंच पर प्रकाशित सभी रचनाएँ संबंधित लेखकों की बौद्धिक संपदा हैं, जिन्हें क्रिएटिव कॉमन्स लाइसेंस (CC BY 4.0) के अंतर्गत साझा किया जाता है। इसके तहत उपयोगकर्ताओं को मूल लेखक और इस मंच को उचित श्रेय देकर सामग्री का उपयोग, साझा या पुनर्संपादित करने की पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता है, बशर्ते इसका बिना अनुमति व्यावसायिक दुरुपयोग न किया जाए।

2. प्रकाशन शुल्क नीति (APC / Publication Fee Policy)
‘प्रणाम कविवर’ साहित्यिक मंच साहित्य और रचनाधर्मिता को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से संचालित किया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में इस मंच पर रचनाओं के प्रकाशन या प्रविष्टि के लिए किसी भी प्रकार का शुल्क (Article Processing Charge / Publication Fee) नहीं लिया जाता है। यदि भविष्य में मंच की नीतियों या रखरखाव के संदर्भ में कोई शुल्क लागू किया जाता है, तो उसकी सूचना वेबसाइट के माध्यम से संबंधित रचनाकारों को पूर्व में ही दे दी जाएगी।
The ‘Kavivar Pranam’ literary platform is operated to promote literature and creativity. Currently, no charges or fees (Article Processing Charge / Publication Fee) are levied for the publication or submission of works on this platform. If any fee is implemented in the future regarding platform policies or maintenance, prior notice will be given to the respective creators through the website.

6. संपादकीय मंडल का निर्णय (Editorial Decision)
संपादकीय मंडल द्वारा प्रकाशन से पूर्व अथवा पश्चात लिया गया कोई भी निर्णय अंतिम एवं प्रभावी होगा तथा उसे किसी भी परिस्थिति में चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकेगी।
Any decision taken by the Editorial Board, before or after publication, shall be final and effective and shall not be subject to challenge under any circumstances.
